Account Director - Kaii Lab   

The Account Manager will be overseeing client projects, responsible for nurturing relationships with the clients, providing an outstanding client servicing experience and ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for a client-centric, innovative, detail-orientated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager should be great at multitasking, organisation, and knows their way around different functions of an agency. The Account Manager’s primary role will be to facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. They will work closely with both to ensure each has clear expectations, as well as deliverables and timelines are met. Also, the Account Manager will be responsible for making sure each of the designated departments meets the needs and goals of the clients for the projects being handled. The Account Manager will be handling projects in the four primary services: website design and development, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing and branding. The Account Manager will collaborate with stakeholders on the scope of projects, communicate directly with clients, lead account team during onboarding and project implementation cycle, prepare project status reports, add and document tasks on project management tool, lead client meetings and resolve any client concerns to maintain and strengthen client’s trust. The Account Manager is expected to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. The Account Manager will be reporting to the direct manager and aligning regularly to ensure project timelines are met, and outstanding experience is delivered to the clients.
