Arab House of Engineering is seeking to hire
Tendering & Cost Estimation Senior Engineer!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare the project contract documents (time, a project working design drawings, BOQ, etc…)
• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
• Working on new projects/tenders’ proposals and quotations.
• Determine project design specifications, standards, budget and timescale.
• Design and develop a project schedule.
• Create method of statement, Calculation sheets, Cost efficiency, risk assessments and other documents as requested by the client.
• Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure the satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.
• Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders, and the deliveries of completed milestone of the project.
• Provide technical advice to technical or managerial staff regarding design, constructions or program modifications or structural repairs and participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise during the project.
• Closure of running Account bills and final bills with respect to the contract agreement and work order.

Main Requirements:
1- Bachelor degree in Civil engineering. (PMP is an advantage)
2- Related experience from 5:7 years.
3- Proficient in Microsoft office, AutoCad , Revit &Primavera.
4- Excellent communication skills.
5- Gulf experience is an advantage.
