Lasirena Group is hiring Architecture Technical Office Engineer to join our team.

Brief about your role

• Prepares and develops drawings, models, mood boards, images, and materials along with other documents supporting the design process.
• Design Shop drawings (plans, elevation, detail).
• Handles tasks of the construction drawings such as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc).
• Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with a focus on aesthetics and cost control
• Draw and print rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
• Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.
• Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years experience in the same role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D MAX.
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Excellent Communication and Project Management skills.
