Job Title: Cost Accountant
Company: Applus+ Velosi Egypt
Location: Nasr City
 
Job duties & Responsibilities 
·        Prepare and analyze project costs per site on a weekly basis and recommend alternatives to improve costs.
·        Tracking budgeting and costs.
·        Update master sheet for invoices, sites, milestones, GR, site acceptance by the client, price increase by client, PO and payments.
·        Regular update with supply chain on main materials price changes.
·        Visit sites if needed.
·        Reconcile delivered invoice to client with client’s A/P system.
·        Review cash custody settlement, balances and processing expense claims on the company portal.
·        Coordinate with the Finance team on invoices, accrued revenues, and supplier’s payments for the project.
·        Monthly forecast for the project (receipts and payments).
·        Analyzing the P&L of the project to control the main cost drivers of the business.
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
·        Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
·        Experience 3 to 4 years in cost accounting
·        Fluent in written and oral English
·        Proficient in Microsoft office
·        SAP knowledge is preferable.
