Senior-Architecture BIM Engineer - (Arch-S-W.D)
Qualifications:
BSc degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing working drawings and I.F.C packages, including supervisory and leading the team for 5 years minimum.
• At least (+3) years of experience in a similer position with good performonce.
Experience in BIM is a Must.
Having a LEED or Project Management Certificate is preferable. • Excellent in computer skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Presentations and MS
Office programs) Excellent command of English (communication & writing)
Job Description:
• Provide the required leadership to enable the project team to execute
the design services to any assigned project effectively and efficiently.

• Involved in analysis of Clients requirements in conceiving and
developing architectural solutions to those requirements.
• Support the architecture team on projects using your expertise in
Building Information Modeling. • Assist in defining the roles and responsibilities of different team members for all projects assigned.
• Performing in-depth completeness reviews of design submissions and analysis of design work produced by others to verify conformance to client requirements, regulations, codes and standards and economy and adequacy for construction.
• Prepare design development drawings and I.F.C drawings according to the different design codes.
• Coordinate between all disciplines to ensure zero clashes.
• Prepare / Shop drawings/Revit model for all disciplines. Extract shop drawings and Qs from Revit.
• Check design drawing validation for any queries. Preparing & Evaluating design in terms of costs and safety.
• Communicating with the technical and site office engineers to facilitate the
implementation of design with high quality.
Requires experience in all phases of architectural design and coordination with all disciplines.
Experience of overseeing teams with proven track record in delivering
success, performance, and achievement. • Ability to lead a group of junior engineers in many projects at the same
time. Ability to deal with clients as well as different authorities.
• Having solid conceptual and design process skills and problem solving
ability.

• Ability to work to meet tight deadline.
