Construction Manager is urgently required for a First Construction Company in Al Ain Sokhna Site.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force.
-Monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
-Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings and budget.
-Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
-Hire and manage staff for the project.
-Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets and monitoring progress.
-Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
-Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
-Responsible for performing full construction management and contract coordination duties.
-Follow up with the various parties involved to ensure compliance with their respective contractual obligations.
-Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan.
-Monitor and report to the Project Manager.
-Preparation of various reports as required.
-Review contractor’s progress reports progress payments, etc. and makes recommendations.
-Attendance of meetings including Project’s Executive Committee, design, construction, Value Engineering, etc.

Required Qualifications:
-B.S. degree in civil engineering.
-Has (10-14) years of experience.
-Minimum 5 years of strong Site Engineering management experience.
-Excellent use of specialist construction management computer applications, AutoCAD, and ICDL.
