- Engineering bachelor’s degree (Architectural / Civil) is a must.
- Not less than 15 years of experience from which minimum 5 years managerial level.
- Manage & Coordinate between all Departments of Technical Office (Architect Civil, MEP, Tendering).
- Manage all technical procedures such as Design, QS, Estimation, Material, Planning, Cost Control).
- Proven experience in the Civil, Architectural & MEP projects. 
- Proven experience in Construction & fit out projects / internal finishing / decoration / office furniture for foreign & VIP clients.
- Analyses the technical specifications, contract and project scope of work.
- Ability to provide design and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
- Ability to use primavera program in order to plan, time schedule, and control the cash flow (in & out) for all projects.
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations of different contracts (Fidic, Governmental, etc…) and its modifications. 
- Fluent English written & spoken (extra languages are preferable).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Provide Experience Certificates for all the previous experiences.
- Location: Based in Corporate Office in Cairo (Nasr City) with regular visits to project site.
