Team Leader Architecture Design Engineer 
BSc in Architecture Engineering with background in design
• At least (+8) years of experience in designing various projects (Mega project) is a must minum 3 years acting as a team leader
• Mastering the use of design, presentation & drawing programs such as
Autodesk Revit, Autocad, 3DS MAX, Lumion & Photoshop) ⚫ BIM good knowledge and tools preferred.
• Verry good in English language,speaking and writing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good presenation & visualization skills
Job Description:
• Preparing & Evaluating design in terms of costs and safety. Achieve and review the client's technical and design requirements.
• Prepare calculations, designs & drawings according to the different design
codes Prepare and cordinate shopdrawings according to code specifications.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines.
• Communicating with the technical and site office engineers to facilitate the implementation of design with high quality.
• Ability to deal with clients as well as different authorities. Having solid conceptual and design process skills and problem solving
ability. • Ability to lead a group of junior engineers in many projects at the same
time.
