Technical Office Director - Headquarters - Misr Aljadiduh (Male)
Has a solid experience from 15 to 20 years in Technical Office, where the last 5 years he was working in Egypt.
 
Has previous experience in the following fields:
1.    Construction & infrastructure Projects                   (Mandatory)
2.    Landscape projects "softscape - hardscape" (60% Value added)
3.    Roads & Bridges  (20% Value Added)
4.    Water & Wastewater treatment projects (20% Value Added)

Skills:
§ He must have the ability to lead multi mega projects in the same time.
§ Has a strong leadership skills and managerial skills.
§ Has strong and deep administrative skills to set the projects documents flow for each project.
§ Fluent in both Arabic and English. French is a value added.
 
Main Duties:
§ Provides technical and administrative information to the Group staff working on all projects and liaises with the Projects’ Managers, Sites’ Managers and the Group CEO to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
 
§ Regularly works alongside with the Projects Managers to update projects tenders/submittals, contracts, time delivery schedules and projects financial documentations to ensure the delivery of projects are on time and within budgets as well as maintaining healthy cash flow levels for the Group and for the financing of the projects till its successful completion.
 
§ Negotiates contractual terms and deals with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, Clients … etc. if/when problems arise. Communicates problems/concerns to the Group Senior Management.

§ Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
§ Capable of leading teams and managing conflicts.
§ Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
§ Capable of managing cross functional teams and multiple projects.
§ Capable of reading drawings and schematic designs.
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and internet.
§ Proficient with AutoCAD.
§ Proficient in MS Project and very good in Primavera
§ In-depth, current technical engineering knowledge.
§ Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and deliver under pressure.
