Senior HVAC Design Engineer for for Concreative Engineering Consultancy

Location: Dokki

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Tender drawings & Relevant documents (BOQ, specs& reports) for plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Prepare the design calculation sheets for all relevant Mechanical systems.
•Prepare and present power point presentations for design reviews, weekly meeting, client presentations, etc.
• Oversight of the activities of designers and drafters engaged in the design of facility systems
• Provide technical quality reviews for sub-consultant
• Coordinate work between multiple project disciplines

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
•Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar role.
• Awareness by Local, International codes & Civil defense requirements.
• Professional in AutoCAD/Revit and design calculation softwares to aid in design undertakings and requirements
•Demonstrated knowledge and skills required to interact with other design disciplines and all business stakeholders.
