Al-Esraa Pharmaceutical Optima is looking to hire Foreign Procurement Specialist in Supply Chain department to find quality goods with an acceptable price that meets the Organization needs.

Job Requirements:

-       B.S. Degree in science or any relevant discipline is a must
-       Experience 1-2 years’ experience, preferred at pharmaceutical organizations
-       Strong Communication skills
-       Negotiation skills
-       Business acumen skills
-       Excellent in English (written and verbal communication)

Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Receiving approved purchasing requisitions for imported materials
·       Send RFQ to approved supplier to get the targeted quotations.
·       Generate purchase orders to the right source.
·       Preparing required documents for import permits
·       Booking online tickets for submitted import permits.
·       Reviewing present shipping documents and confirm before shipping.
·       Submitting supportive documents to finance to apply the payment terms.
·       Preparing required letters and documents needed for pharma release.
·       Preparing required documents for annual EDA import permit plan.
·       Provides shipment status report.
