Summary of the job:

- Acting as an advisor to clients accommodating their needs and constraints

- Works on achieving individual sales objectives and KPIs.

- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

- Meets with clients regularly as per the rotational schedule and assists clients in take appropriate decisions.

- Follows up with clients after the meeting to expedite the closure of the deal.

- Maintaining positive business relationships with clients.

- Widening the client’s network either directly or indirectly through brokers.

- Submits regular reports (Exceptions report, leads feedback report, reservation report, pipeline report, calls & meetings report) to the Direct Manager.

Ideal candidates must:

- Have 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate according to applied vacancy.

- Work cooperatively with other team members.

- Very good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Presentable, Proactive, and Enthusiastic.
