Namaa PFM company is hiring “Maintenance Manager”
Location: Nasr City
 
Duties:
 
-Carrying out the mechanical maintenance work of the site in coordination with the services manager that was discussed with the maintenance manager.
- Supervising the daily workflow with the maintenance team and solving daily problems.
- Supervising and distributing the daily maintenance work of the building
- follow-up the needs of the necessary materials and equipment and spare parts for the maintenance department and requesting it from the Procurement Department.
- Holding regular meetings of maintenance department staff to discuss the work procedures, the extent of the implementation of the agreed plan, and to Identify the difficulties they face in performing their duties, and work to resolve them.
- Training and participation the maintenance department Employees their work and transferring his expertise to them.
- Preparing periodic reports on the work of the maintenance department, including all achievements, obstacles and proposed solutions for the Developing work and performance, and submit it to the Manager of the department.
- Transfer expertise and skills to all team members.
- Do any other work assigned to him within the limits of his job

Must Have:
- Bachelor of (Mechanical) Engineering Is must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same field. (Facility Management) or (administrative buildings) is a must
- Very good English language
- Very good In MS Office
- Very good user SAP System
