Architect / interior designer - Dewan for Real Estate

We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of Architect / Interior designer

Responsibilities:

Liaise with internal / External disciplines and team members.

Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.

Translate customer needs into rough plans and 3d models.

Prepare Shop- drawings [electricity- Plumbing- HVAC- ….].

Set costs and projects fees sheets.

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience

Excellent uses of Auto cad, 3d. modeling and rendering software [3ds max-SketchUp- Photoshop...]
