Sales Manager - SIXT


Job Description
Cascade the strategic objectives and provide clear guidelines to the sales team in dealing with daily sales operations.

Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands Sixt’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Establish annual master plan for Sales Volume and implement marketing strategies; analyze trends and results.

Determine objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.

Develop volume and market share forecasts in cooperation with Marketing team.

Conduct Market and competitive analysis in terms of pricing, features & consumer insights.

Generate and evaluate ideas for renovation and innovation, based on customer insights, market opportunities, competitor analysis, and

technological opportunities, in order to improve existing products and launch new ones.

Manage and present the service merits to the customer in addition to recommending the vehicle type, duration and mileage upon business operations scale.

Handle customer acquisition, deal negotiations, and closure via sales and operational visits

Monitor relations with existing clients and ensure customer excitement via regular communications

Ensure corporate vehicles are being maintained and in good condition that matches corporate image and identity

Supervise corporate payment invoicing and collection associated with finance team including (Fleet service, traffic fines, Extra KM, Damages recovery) and to be added on SAP operational cycle for due invoicing.

Oversee replacements and damages analysis from corporate clients with fleet manager to evaluate customer behaviors and patterns.

Introduce products and services portfolio for corporate clients and supervise sales of existing products with new leads Short Term Rentals, Outbound services, London Cab, Limozeenak, etc.).

Oversee and monitor the process of ceiling deals done by sales team in order to ensure adherence to the required quality in regulation to company policies.

 

 

Requirements


   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

   5-7 years of Experience in Sales management

   Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and the automotive industry.

   Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.

   Excellent leadership skills

   Keen attention to detail

   Strong verbal and communication skills

  Build rapport
