❌Electrical Engineer❌

-With 3-5 years of experience
-Location: 10th of Ramadan

Job description

-Ensure that all electrical aspects regarding the industrial machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.

-Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.

-Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

-Review the Electrical maintenance records, periodic & emergency malfunctions, and set the maintenance & repair plans with the follow-up of the implementation.

-Set the periodic Electrical maintenance plan for the production lines.

-Set plans to repair the malfunctions and follow up the implementation and support and direct the maintenance team to identify faults and how to fix them by conducting following up on the operation and making sure of the stability of machinery and repairing defects completely.

-Follow-up contractors and suppliers who perform both maintenance and installation of equipment, buildings, and services by informing of the malfunctions, receipt, and following up.

-Set lists and procurement plans of equipment and spare parts at the lowest prices and highest quality in coordination with the stores and purchasing department.

-Data gathered by the field Condition Monitoring Instrument is analyzed in order to prevent premature breakdowns.

-Keep all condition monitoring Instruments safe, and calibrate them at a specific time to be sure that all giving data is accurate and achieves one of the international standard requirements.

-Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude
