Ramy Fares CO. for Construction Subsidiary from RFCO Development is immediately hiring Cost Control Engineer

· Job Duties:

-Preparing high-quality tender documentation, Technical and financial.

-Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions for supplying contracts.

-Perform project costing, reporting on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.

-Prepare contracts for suppliers, PO. for suppliers and Procurement time schedules.

-Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

-Preparing weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to the consultant

· Job Requirements:

-Must have experience as Procurement from 5-7 years

-BS degree in Civil / Architecture.

-Excellent communication and analytical skills, Initiative and team spirited and negotiations skills

-Good knowledge of planning and scheduling principals, techniques and tools

-Adequate knowledge in using Microsoft, Primavera P6, and BIM technology.

-Aware of incoterms, customs, and custom clearance terms.

o Working Hours: From 8 AM: 4 PM “Thursday to 2 AM”
