-- 3D designer Requirements: --
Professional interior design experience in high end residential projects ( concept - space planning-mood board- 3d visualizing )

Ideally a minimum of 2 - 4 years relevant full‐time work experience.

Spatial problem solving with the ability to prepare alternative design solutions quickly.

Proficient user of AutoCAD and 3D max.

Graphic Skills ( Photoshop - Illustrator ) for the presentations ((IS A PLUS))

-- Quantity Surveyor Requirements: --
2 to 4 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Interior Fit out Projects

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

AutoCAD quantity take-off experience

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

Preparing bills of quantities, assist in costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.

Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

GCC material, codes and pricing (( IS A PLUS ))

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or architectural studies.

2-5 years of work experience as an AutoCAD drafter in Interior Design field.

Advanced Knowledge in Shop Drawings (GCC code and standard)

-- Receptionist Requirements: --
Respond to telephone calls, emails, and inquiries courteously

Greet visitors + Serve them coffee\tea

Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff

Order and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies

Arranging meetings/appointments for employees and clients

Photocopy and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
