A software company is hiring an experienced & a well-spoken Telesales representative Agent preferably in IT field to support our clients in Egypt and UnitedArabEmirates to have a great service and to have an outstanding experience.
The tele-sales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential clients, focusing on client’s needs to close sales, perform cold calls, generating leads, sales over the phone and documenting clients information.
Tele-sales representative requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
•English Proficiency is a must.
•Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone & Offshore Accounts is preferable
•Preferably to have Knowledge in IT software system or Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
•Previous Teleperformance experience is preferable
•The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
•Good sales ability.
