Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan
1)Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
2)Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
3)Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
4)Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5)Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.
1)University Degree in business related discipline.
2)Previous 6 months to a year mass hiring (white collars) experience is a Must
3)Fluency in English is a must
4)Contract duration is 6 months subject to renewal based on performance
5)Good general Computer skills.
