Nexta is Hiring Trade Marketing Manager:
Job Description:
·        Works closely with the Nexta Offline Marketing team to ideate, plan, and execute offline marketing activities
·        Responsible for the planning, production, deployment and monitoring of Nexta’s merchandising materials and marketing collaterals
·        Developing promotional strategies to increase acquisition
·        Ensures timely and quality production and deployment of merchandising materials to merchants
·        Provides support to other Nexta Teams to further strengthen acquisition and other marketing initiatives through offline/trade programs
·        Serves as the Liaison Officer with the Procurement Team on matters related to the production of offline marketing materials
·        Manages various stakeholders including but not limited to the Offline Marketing Team, Procurement Team, printing vendors, and merchants
·        Training new employees to ensure proper performance and drive customer satisfaction
·        Utilizes insights from Operation Team to improve offline activities
·        Consistently meets target KPIs, generates and analyzes data, creates presentations and updates
·        Maintains a status tracker of all produced and deployed marketing assets for merchants
·        Managing the budget for each retail location, including costs associated with rent, labor, and supplies
·        Reports to and provides updates to Nexta Marketing Head
Requirements:
·        Has at least a Bachelor's degree
·        With 3-4 years of work experience
·        Experience in sales operations and trade marketing is a must
·        With experience in supporting trade promotions and other activities
·        Familiarity in working with third-party agencies
·        Comfortable in processing, analyzing and generating insights from large sets of data
·        Willing to go on ground for trade checks, monitoring of competitors and merchant immersions (sometimes requires travelling)
