Company working in Treasury Senior accountant requires

Tasks
• Handle timely collections from customers, and payments to suppliers and establish and monitor KPIs for number of days payable and number of days receivables and strive to maintain targets
• Handle operations and transactions with Banks and financial institutions and maintain a good relationship with them
• Monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, plus recording on the ERP system.
• Assist in the closing of accounts during month-end at the company and divisional level within stipulated timelines.
• Managing and Planning cash inflow and maintaining cash needs for outflow and act as advisor for management to maintain a positive balance all year long.
• Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation.
• Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in line with business needs.
• LCs / LGs application, recording and follow up regularly
• Make cash flow statements weekly updated and reporting
• Handle all administration tasks of the company (Legal, Insurance.etc.) in liaison with external and intrernal parties (Lawyer, Banks, governmental bodies…..etc.)
• Follow and manage a team of agents to handle administration tasks of the company
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Presentable
• Good command of English Language.
• ERP User is a must
• Cash management skills
• A good knowledge of issuing LC's and LG's
• Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet
• Ability to assign duties and to work under pressure
• Proactive & Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills and ability to meet and surpass project deadlines
• Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
• Problem solving skills, and creative thinking.
