for Immediate Hiring :

Senior Cost Control Eng. & Junior Cost Control Eng.

Location : Contracting Company’s Head office in 5th settlement

Vacations : Fridays & Saturdays are off

- Senior Job Requirements:

•Has the ability to lead and learn the cost control team to overcome the weakness points and to develop their strength points .

•Preparation of the project budget baseline with the full items breakdown to allocate the cost properly .

•Verification of the material request quantities with the budget items to determine the saving and overrun quantities .

•Verification of the subcontractor Payment certificate and petty cash with the allocated cost in the cost report

•Verification of the budget comparison to determine the saving and overrun in each package, in addition to the cost at completion.

•Tracking the back charges cost of the subcontractor to ensure that no duplicated or wasted cost in the project .

•Preparation of the weekly dashboard coordinated with the planning team .

•Preparation of the projects variation order with determination of the cost and selling price impact .

•Advanced level in Microsoft excel.

•7-9 years’ experience in Cost Control is Mandatory.

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering Civil or Architecture only

- Junior Job Requirements

•Verification of the subcontractor Payment certificate and petty cash with the allocated cost in the cost report.

•Preparation of the budget comparison to determine the saving and overrun in each package, in addition to the cost at completion.

•Update and maintain periodical reports.

•Helping in Variation orders

•Excellent in Microsoft excel.

•4-7 years’ experience in Cost Control is Mandatory.

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering Civil or Architecture only
