Ultimate Advertising House is Hiring: accountant

Location: Nasr City, Egypt

Working hours: Full time from 11 am to 7 pm (daily except Fridays)

Job Description:

- Manage all accounting transactions 

- Manage financial statements ( Maintain financial records and invoices

- Good knowledge of electronic billing

- Prepare daily report about cash in & out 

- issue invoices to customers and Follow up collections with clients 

- Manage fixed payment & variable expenses

- Responsible for employee discounts and bonuses 

- participate in VAT% + quarterly and annual audits 

- Responsible for the company's warehouse and Inventory Control

General Requirements:

-2 years Experience

-Excellent at Microsoft , especially in Excel.

-Good in English Language
