New Egypt Gold for Jewelry is hiring now for Our Purchasing department

“Senior foreign purchasing specialist \ Foreign purchasing specialist”

Location: HQ, Obour City

Responsibilities:

1- Achieving and tracking import requisitions from the step of receiving the PR till the arrival of goods to WH

2- Responsible for following the forwarding, logistics, and clearance process

3- Responsible for the ACID process

4- Following supplier's payment transactions with the finance Dept. and updating the import transfers report

5- Preparing foreign purchasing reports

6- Manage relations with suppliers and perform risk management for all matters relating to supplies

7- Produce all necessary reporting, reports on organizational readiness, and prepare necessary presentations for senior management and operations organization

8- Fully match company procedures and develop relevant procedures in coordination with the purchasing manager

9- Readiness to achieve and track foreign requisitions from the local market

Job Requirements:

§ Education: Bachelor's degree

§ Experience: (3-5) Years of experience in foreign purchasing (Preferred in the Jewelry industry)

Work Condition:

§ Location: Industrial Area, Obour city

§ Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm)

§ Day off Friday
