(( Senior Accountant ))

📍( Work location : Maadi )

#Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day transactions.
• Treasury.
• Reporting on debtors and creditors.
• Handling accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with annual audit and tax returns.
• Develop, implement, and maintain construction management system, including setting up projects, budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and various construction progress reports.
• Analyze and review construction status with Project/Construction Managers. Direct and participate in cost analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.#Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting.
• Working knowledge of tax laws and IFRS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computers, especially ERP and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
• Excellent knowledge of contact Center & construction industry highly preferred.
Extra Skills:
• Experience in Bank facilities is a plus.
