Job Description
Collection Company Located in Sheraton, Hiring Immediately Admin Assistant
• On monthly basis review the allocated portfolio on the system and distribute it according to (HOC or SCM) validation.
• Distribute the portfolio among the collection officers based on previously approved criteria.
• Send E-mail (CC both of HOC & SCM) to each team leader confirming the finalization portfolio allocated on the system.
• Classify the client contact with agreed criteria.
• On daily basis Collect feedback from all team leaders and send the reports to whom it may concern.
• Handling all incoming E-mails with the concerned department.
• Handling all complains by investigating with team leaders and send feedback to whom it may concern.
• Extract all analysis efficiency reports on daily basis and share it with all concerned teams.
• Review daily collection report before share it and maintain the quality of feedback according to agreed criteria.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/ arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
