Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
Work Location: Mohandseen, Giza, Egypt
Duties:
§ installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
( hardware, software, systems, networks, printers)
§ monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
computer software and hardware and users faults
§ troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Qualifications :
§ B.sc Information system or computer Science
§ Experience from 0 to 2 years
§ Skills Requirements: “ CCNA – MCSE”
§ Good knowledge with Design and Implement Requirements for Network.
§ Ability to travel outside Cairo
§ Age should not be more than 30 years
§ Must be a resident of Cairo
