Required: 
MEP Procurement engineer
1-Able to manage many various activities simultaneously, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
2-Strong communication and negotiation skills; Excellent English speaking and writing skills Source qualified suppliers, improve purchase efficiency, control and reduce the purchase cost
3-Good problem-analysis & solving ability
4-bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical major
5-Strong understanding of the key success factors of MEP project management in purchasing
6-Good comprehension of local construction standards: Spec or US codes
7-Above 5 years of commodity purchasing experience in construction or consultant company
