Job Description

Oppo Egypt is hiring Call Center M-Specialist (Quality Assurance)
Work location: Nasr city
Job Description:
1. Maintain working knowledge of quality standards.
2. Supports, motivates, evaluates, develops and coaches the team to continually meet and exceed individual / team targets.
3. Handle all escalations cases on system and solutions.
4. Participates in bi-weekly meetings with TLs and trainer
5. Monitor inbound & Outbound calls and evaluate agent’s performance concerning the quality of service offered through all channels.
6. Perform mystery calls, emails and chats to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery to the customers.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
2. More than 2 years of previous experience as a QA or related position.
3. Very good command of English.
4. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
5. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
6. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
