Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (Ex. Automotive is a MUST).

Bachelor degree.

implementing operational policies and programs especially sales department.

Achieving the required sales volume (Target).

Opening new sales outlets (social networking sites).

Follow up on updating the specifications and accessories of our cars, as well as competing cars.

Follow-up to update the banks' systems.

Follow up with bank officials to obtain bank approvals for clients.

Continuous review and knowledge of market conditions and competing companies.

Daily follow up of the stores daily to know the available stock of cars and their specifications.

Welcoming and welcoming customers and getting to know each other.

Responding to customer inquiries and meeting their needs.

Conducting a test drive with the customer who wishes to test the car.

Completion of the sales process in accordance with the company's policies and approved procedures, and adherence to the documentary cycle of the Sales Department.

Recording all the data of customers who visited the company and following them up by phone to determine the type of customer, either if he intends to buy or just to ask.

Follow up on customers who intend to buy again and inform them of all the details of the car's specifications - methods of reservation and payment, whether in cash or installments, according to the company's sales policy.

Review the car before handing it over to the customer to avoid any notes in the car.

Explaining all the specifications and accessories of the car again to the customer upon receipt, in addition to testing them with the customer to ensure the complete safety of the car.

Explaining the insurance systems to the client.

Follow up on the customer after receiving the car to ensure his satisfaction with the car and the company's system.

Submit all required reports in terms of visits - communications - follow-up clients.

Follow up on clients whose details are received from the Customer Service Department to respond to their inquiries and meet their needs.
