Technometal is looking for a (Maintenance Engineer in the field of sheet metal)
Job title:
Periodic maintenance work
Supervising the diagnosis and analysis of the causes of equipment malfunctions, developing appropriate solutions and submitting the necessary reports
Coordinates with the production department regarding the method of reporting faults so that it can schedule the repair and expedite the production process in the long term and issue work orders for implementation.
Simplifying and developing maintenance methods that ensure the preservation of equipment for the longest possible period.
Supervising the maintenance of unused production equipment and issuing relevant instructions.
Follow-up and supervision of equipment maintenance contracts inside the factory, and ensure that they are documented and preserved in appropriate ways that facilitate the follow-up process
Providing spare parts that are not available in the local market, in coordination with purchases
Make the necessary adjustments to the machines to reduce the percentage of frequent breakdowns.
Second: supervision and follow-up.
Oversee the plans and procedures required for the maintenance of all equipment, buildings and facilities in the factory
Coordinating with the administration in developing mechanical and electrical spare parts instead of consumables on a regular basis and placing them in stores to ensure their availability in an appropriate manner.
Present the goals of the maintenance department and the environmental goals and participate in the preparation of the budget for the maintenance department
Supervising the development of plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance of all factory equipment, whether mechanical or electrical
Third: Planning and managing preventive maintenance
Supervises the implementation of maintenance plans and supervises the necessary modifications to these plans according to the results of implementation and operating conditions
Oversees the recording and updating of machinery and equipment data and using it as a database for planning and managing maintenance work
Preparing annual requirements plans for machinery spare parts and general maintenance supplies
Supervising the study and implementation of technical modifications to machines to raise their level of performance and increase their capacity. He also plans, directs and participates in the work of manufacturing new equipment
Performs weekly and monthly review of all activities related to maintenance and repair.
Fourth: Management and evaluation of correctional work
Supervises the implementation of sudden maintenance and repair work for all plant machinery and equipment, and reviews repair reports
Plan,coordinate and follow up on the participation of the Maintenance Department in the work of installing new equipment and moving machines to the factory as needed
The factory is in the 10th of Ramadan
