Senior AR Accountant
Job description
Generating invoices and account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Track incoming cash flow
Facilitate collection from overdue accounts as necessary
Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
solve the collection issues and escalate to line manager if any
Taxation background

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline required
3-5 years of prior experience of handling accounts receivable
Knowledge of financial accounting documents, with reference to AR or Collections
Communication and Coordination skills
Time management and detail-oriented
Advanced spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft excel
Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
ERB experience is preferred
Must be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
