IT Technical Support
Job Description
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
-Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies.
-Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
-Install and update network system improvements
-Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
-Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features.
-Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software and hardware
-Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.
-Provide helpdesk and technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits.
-Oversee troubleshooting for system errors.
-Set up equipment for new users and employees.
-Ensure system optimization for all technology resources.
Job Requirements
-Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE, Operating systems, antivirus, backup system, emails, windows server
-Job Type: Full Time.
-Career Level: Experienced.
– Experience Needed:2-5 Years.
-Working hours: 8 Hours (9:00 am: 5:00 pm).
– Off days: Friday and Saturday.
