UTRUST for Software Testing & Quality Services is hiring:

Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:

– Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
– Generate a sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
– Meet with clients, educate them about our services, and guide them to make the best decisions.
– Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs and provide them with the initial solution.
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
– Build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify the right services for them
– Follow up with customers during the project implementation to ensure their satisfaction

Job Requirements:
============
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another related field.
– 2-4 years of experience as Sales.
– Having a customer database is highly preferred!
– Fluent English speaker.
– Outstanding presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
– Strong written communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi-tasks at a time.

Notes:

– Job Type: Full Time
– During the first 3 months salary will be a commission regarding the project deals during that period.
– Fixed salary will be negotiated able after 3 months of participating with the company during the first 3 months.
