assistant Accounting Manager - Cartlow

Job Description

•             Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, sales orders, and bank reconciliations using Zoho books accounting software.

•             Perform bank reconciliations, daily deposits, & manage multiple payrolls.

•             Prepare, manage, and ensure accuracy of vouchers, enter information into applicable database, and instruct others in voucher preparation.

•             Be able to easily adopt a new ERP system.

•             Assist in SOX compliance for revenue generation cycle and acquisitions.

•             Assist in construction of financial modules for new ERP system.

•             prepare bank transfers and cheques.

•             Support year-end accounting closing activities

•             Prepare & determine the correct accounting entries for investment activity in accordance with KSA Regulations for unique situations as they arise.

•             Coordinate monthly closing processes to ensure all corporate deadlines are meet and information is presented in accordance with IFRS.

•             Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures to reform all accounting functions and improve internal controls.

•             Prepare financial performance reports, administrative expense forecasts, regional profit, and loss statements.

•             Preparing financial analyses and reports.

•             Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.

•             Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

•             Preparing, Uploading VAT, WHT reports in Zakat site.

•             Manage and maintain direct relationship with the auditors in KSA for audit, corporate tax, tax filing, and others.

 

 

Requirements

•             Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

•             10+ years of accounting experience.

•             Working knowledge of KSA tax laws (Zakaat ).

•             Strong financial analysis skills.

•             Strong English skills, both written and verbal.

•             Strong organizational and stress management skills.

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

•             Working with Zoho books preferred.

•             IFRS Certificate.  

•             Ability to train and manage staff.

•             Ability to work with little to no supervision.
