We Are Hiring (Marketing Director) For One of the Reputable company .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing a marketing strategy, including setting objectives and creating plans to reach target audiences
• Develop the annual marketing plan based on the company strategy and marketing budget to achieve goals and targets
• Execute marketing campaigns in different communication channels ATL, BTL and Digital, following the brand guidelines and ensuring excellence in execution
• Brand management for Private Label products (name, design, packaging, product quality, price, size, planogram, launches, sales and promotions)
• Manage all partnerships like CSR, Banking and Telecom operator
• Managing employees who are responsible for creating marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and websites
• Planning special events such as concerts or conferences that help promote the organization’s mission
• Maintaining relationships with local community members to ensure that the organization is valued in the community
• Developing a communications plan that outlines how the organization will spread its message to different audiences using multiple channels such as social media, print media, and email campaigns
• Developing branding strategies for products and services to support sales goals
• Hiring, training, and supervising marketing staff to implement campaigns and meet goals
• Implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing clients and attract new business from prospective clients
Skills And Experience
• Demonstrated success in building integrated marketing plans that leveraged synergies between marketing channels
• Demonstrated ability in establishing collaborative relationships with partners, agencies and cross functional counterparts and representing the voice of the local market
• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in consumer marketing, with additional experience in B2B, B2B2C and/or sponsorship Marketing
• Experience in supervising, coaching, and motivating marketing teams
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization with multiple internal stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree of business administration, Marketing or related field
• MBA Holder is a plus
• +10 years of exp preferably in FMCG/Retail field, Preferred.
