Job Description
Turbo EG is hiring " Customer Service Quality "
Location: El-Agouza
Responsibilities
- Identify weaknesses in performance and develop solutions to improve them.
- Ensure compliance with the company's quality systems.
- Create and keep notes and guideline documentation.
- Provide feedback to support center team leaders and relevant managers.
- Provide daily notes through oral and written communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products, including the performance and functional requirements of the Support Center.
- The ability to work and complete projects without supervision and with self-motivation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
-2 Years of Work Experience in any Customer related Job (Preferred)
- Very Good in English
- Good using Microsoft Office
