1. Review the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ), etc.) in order to properly plan for supplying materials to projects.

2. Draft Request of Information (RFI) and/or Request for Clarification to the client to solve all discrepancies or contradictions within the contract documents.

3. Work on clients’ requests out of the preset scope and draft Request for Variation to issue Variation Orders (VOs) in both technical and commercial offers.

4. Manage suppliers through initiating Requests for Quotation (RFQ), review technical and commercial quotations, and compare drafting sheets between different suppliers.

5. Submitting the selection to consultants to get complete approvals from the consultant on all submittals.

6. Handle the consultants’ notes on the submittals to update and incorporate them in work.

7. Draft survey report in order to execute Purchasing Orders (POs) and follow up on them to make sure that adequate materials are to be delivered on time.

8. Keep a timely schedule of material supplies to adhere with best qualities and prices.
