Chief Accounting Officer.
Job Description
·Preparing financial analyses and reports
·Ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes are accurate and timely.
·Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
·Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices in order to minimize profit loss while ensuring that it is handled properly and in accordance with company policy.
·Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
·Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the number of clients who stop working with the company.
·Implement credit policies and procedures that maintain the smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.
·Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
·Prepare and monitor budgets.
·Balance sheet and general ledger account maintenance and reconciliation
·Support the annual audit preparations.
·Maintain appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
·Accounting functions and programmes must be coordinated.
·Follow up on accounts receivable and payments.
·Checking late payments and accounts and sending reminders
·Assist in preparing the taxation reports.
·Prepare for the semi-annual and annual closures.
·Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
·As needed or assigned, perform other accounting duties and assist junior staff. 
 
Job Requirements
·Bachelor's degree in accounting
·Experience for 10 to 12 years, at least 4 years in the same position
·Experience in a Trading company is a must
·Having CMA, CPA, or CFA certification is a must
