Technical Support Engineer is urgently required for Bevatel Company for Cloud Call Center Solutions

Location: Dokki

Job Description:

- Provide technical assistance, answer inquiries and resolve any technical problems facing the clients.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System Management.
- Fresh grads with at least 6 months of experience as a call center in tech support.
- Very good up to excellent English level.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of ADSL troubleshooting.
- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
- Good background about VOIP is a highly advantage.
- Flexibility with 24/7 rotational shifts.
