“Junior Purchasing Engineer”
 
Duties & Responsibilities: –
1- Ensuring the components availability of the components and raw material.
2- Cooperating with the engineering department to communicate the specifications and standards with the supplier.
3- Leading a team of engineering, quality control, industrial engineers & supplier quality to finish the qualification process of the new items or existing items with new suppliers.
4- Cooperating with supplier quality development to follow-up any quality issues or improvement requirements with the supplier.
5- Negotiating with suppliers to reduce the prices based on raw material prices and foreign currency exchange rate.
6- Making sure that all supplier information and records are up to date.
 
Job Requirements:
Engineering education is a must.
Supply chain background is preferable.
Strong communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Fluent in English and other languages is a plus
