We are hiring Senior accountant :-

TREASURY AND BANKING:

• Follow up on bank accounts, submit a statement of daily balances, checks under collection and checks issued but not yet paid, and count the company’s payments.

• Preparing matches for all bank accounts, whether current accounts or monthly loans and facilities, knowing the reasons for the differences, and preparing settlement restrictions.

• Preparing the documents required to request credit from banks, following up on activating the credit after its issuance and reviewing its balances loans).

• Follow up the balances of long-term loans, interest receivable and loan repayment installments, matching accounts with the bank, and preparing accounting entries for loans and accrued interest.

• Follow-up, control and review of bank expenses and commissions and their conformity with the concluded contracts, analysis and reporting

Accounts Receivable:

• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Accounts Payable:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted

• - Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

TAX Payments:

• Prepare tax invoices in PORTAL TAX AUTHORITY SYSTEM (ETA)

• Prepare tax payments

• Estimate and track tax returns

• Organize and update the company’s tax database

• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns

Payroll:

• Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings by ensuring that payroll and tax documents are accurate

• Update general ledger and payroll files through ensuring compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes

• Participate in payroll audits
