Senior GL Accountant - Electrolux

Your Role

You will be responsible for Ensure the company’s accounting records are prepared and updated on timely basis and accurately and that they comply with the required accounting standard.

A Typical Day

• Prepare analyze AP Accrual Account related to all purchase orders to ensure accurate expenses monthly.
• Prepare a report of accrual expenses monthly.
• Prepare and record Debit Notes due on Electrolux abroad.
• Record most of Transactions and Adjustments before monthly closing.
• Preparing E-Match reports between sisters companies, externally and internally, in local and foreign currencies.
• Support AR Team in transactions and entries.
• Support in preparing Financial Statements monthly.
• Support colleagues in other departments to solve problems related to Purchase orders transactions.
• Support with colleagues in prepare required documents for tax investigation and external
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
• Experience 3 years in F&A .
• Experience in dealing with ERP accounting systems is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
• Management reporting and financial metrics.
• Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple responsibilities.
