Job Description
• Responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone and Virtual / Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedback.
• Building applicant sources
• Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualification
•
• Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated.
• Responsible for finding suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
• Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.

Job Requirements
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Manufacturing background is preferable.
• Comfortable with a high volume of recruitment.
• Excellent at Microsoft Office
• Certificate in HR is preferable.
