Segmatek is hiring "Customer Support Engineer" with the below requirements:-

· 2+ years’ experience as a Software customer support engineer (Telecom Business is preferred).
· 1-2 years experience with spring and angular 12.
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
· Experience in developing with Angular and Typescript.
·  Experience in HTML5, CSS3, c, JavaScript, and jQuery libraries.
·  Strong working knowledge of implementing RESTful services and working with internet protocols such as JSON, c, SOAP, and HTML.
·  Understanding of Support KPIs i.e., SLA
·  Experience working with Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
·  Knowledge In Mobile (Android/iOS) development is a plus
· Experience working with tools like Git and Maven. Knowledge of markup languages such     as JSON and YML.
