Fawry Microfinance is hiring “Marketing Manager” with the below qualifications:
Requirements:
1-University Degree Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration or relevant degree
2-5-9 years of experience in managing marketing dep. İs a must
3- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies is Must
4- Marketing Diploma is a plus
5- Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
6- Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
7-Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values)
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills who fully participates in and supports Fawry initiatives

Job Description:
1. Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts for the ideation, planning & budgeting of all marketing activities.
2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
4. Produce valuable and engaging content for Fawry Microfinance website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
5. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
6. Provide monthly & quarterly report analyze for campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.)
7. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy POSM and case studies
8. Analyze consumer behavior and customize advertising campaigns accordingly.
9. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against.
10. Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
11. Analysis competitor offerings, product specifications and pricing.
