Senior Financial Analyst - El Batal Developments

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time. At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
• Assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis.
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
• Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
• Understanding key business drivers.
• Developing financial projections and building financial models
• Analyze and provide commentary on variances

Qualifications

• CFA, with 5+ years of professional experience in real estate is a must.
• Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for high value decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office “ Excel & PowerPoint ”.
• Strong quantitative financial skills
