Required for reputable Retail Company (Finance Manager)
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
Leading the team responsible for all transactions processes.
Qualifications and Requirements for Finance Manager
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
12-15 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
Ability to delegate and manage the work of others
