Job Description
Produce professional and accurate designs in terms of design layouts, detailed shop drawings & work orders.
Provide technical support in the pre-contract phase.
Job Requirements
BSC of Engineering preferred “Architecture”
Experience using Revit, Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
Experience Needed: 0 To 1 Year
 
2- Senior Facade Engineer ( one Vacancy )
Job Description
Read and understand the contract specifications and contract drawings.
Design of concept drawings, shop drawings, material take-off, and fabrication drawings.
Work within the team to produce Built Drawings.
To ensure structural checks are done for all necessary components before preparing shop drawings and coordinating with the structural engineers.
Provide Technical Information and proposed design coordinated with system suppliers.
Ensure that shop drawing is coordinated with other disciplines and are done in accordance with architectural drawings, specifications, and concept drawings.
Attend site, consultant, and architect meetings to discuss technical matters when required.
Job Requirements
BSC of Engineering preferred Architecture
5:7 years of experience with façade contractor
Familiarity with different façade systems as well as local and international systems
Familiar with CAD, Rivet, and fabrication software such as logical.
Good English skills in oral and written
 
3- Team Leader Facade Engineer ( one Vacancy )
Job Description
Read and understand the contract specifications and contract drawings.
Design of concept drawings, shop drawings, setting out drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Supervise the team to produce Built Drawings.
Assign project recourses to work on the required tasks and ensure that teams perform as planned.
Provide technical support to design engineers
Control the design teams and guide them in drafting and maintaining quality.
Ensure structural checks are done for all necessary components before preparing shop drawings and coordinating with the structural engineers.
Review and approve Material take off and Cutting list.
Ensure that shop drawing is coordinated with other disciplines and are done in accordance with architectural drawings, specifications, and concept drawings.
Review, check and approve the shop drawings prepared by the design team.
Ensure that the approvals of drawings, calculations, and material samples are obtained as specified and within the time scale of the program.
Attend site, consultant, and architect meetings to discuss technical matters when required.
Report of tender variations.
Job Requirements

+7 years of experience with façade contractor
Familiarity with different façade systems as well as local and international systems
Familiar with CAD, Rivet, and fabrication software
Good English skills in oral and written
